GLOW PATCH NOTES
What's new
- Arabic language support has been added.
- Hindi language support has been added.
- Japanese language support has been added.
- Bluetooth Information Tool has been added to the Tools section. This tool displays the properties of all Bluetooth adapters in the system. You can switch between adapters. You can copy all information to the clipboard. It is one of the best tools in its field. What's more, it detects all versions, including Bluetooth 6.0. It may take a while to open (around 10 seconds), but you can be sure that it will show the correct results. The shortcut key is CTRL + B.
- The processor usage display feature has been reprogrammed. It now correctly detects the usage of E-Core and P-Core processors.
- The Virtualization feature in the Processor section has been reprogrammed. It will now display much more accurate results.
- A feature to display the Hyper-V status has been added to the Processor section (Intel VT-x / AMD-V).
- The dynamic network usage module in the Network section has been reprogrammed. It now displays faster and more accurate results.
- The language processing module has been reprogrammed. It can now process all languages correctly.
- The table sorting in the Installed Applications section has been reprogrammed. It now has a natural sorting order.
- The Disk Test Tool has been reprogrammed. The test size can now be reduced to lower levels. Additionally, the write and read engine puts more strain on the disk.
- The Super Fast Parallel Startup module has been reprogrammed. Now, each section of Glow is loaded with healthier parallel processing.
- The Kernel32.dll dependency has been completely removed, and Glow's speed has been significantly increased through custom programming.
Fixed Bugs
- A language processing error that caused some letters in Far Eastern languages to appear garbled has been permanently fixed.
- An error that caused the Installed Applications section to call the Shell32.dll file twice, resulting in a memory leak, has been fixed.
- The error that caused the relevant section to freeze when any of the software in the table in the Installed Applications section did not have the correct logo has been fixed.
- The error that caused the Disk Test Tool to not work on some systems has been fixed.
- The issue causing the Disk Test Tool to fail to remove the test file after the test process has ended has been resolved.
- The issue causing the spacing between the control buttons in the Memory Test Tool to be calculated incorrectly has been resolved. It is now calculated more accurately.
Changes
- The process of optimizing Glow's source code is ongoing. With each patch, we will continue to convert certain sections to next-generation object-oriented code.
- Translation errors in various languages have been corrected.
- The language processing module for some sections has been converted from static code to dynamic code.

What's new
- Glow's render engine has been improved. The program now supports high-resolution displays even on multi-monitor setups and monitors with varying DPI levels. It delivers sharp and clear visuals on 8K and higher DPI screens.
- The TSImageRenderer algorithm has been integrated into Glow. All visual icons in the interface are now automatically resized in a DPI-aware manner, ensuring high-resolution display quality.
- We know that Glow's Installed Drivers and Installed Services sections load slowly. That's why the loading algorithms have been reprogrammed into a parallel structure. Now it loads with up to 95% speed increase compared to the processor core.
- Glow's monitor testing tools have been reprogrammed. The Dead Pixel Test and Dynamic Color Range Test now function with improved accuracy.
- The Screen Overlay Tool has been redesigned, featuring theme sensitivity and new functions such as a close button.
- The startup engine for all Glow tools has been redeveloped, allowing for more efficient and effective management of the tools.
- The search engine's clear button in the 'Installed Drivers', 'Installed Services' and 'Installed Applications' sections has been refreshed with a DPI-aware design for enhanced visibility.
- Icons have been added to the BIOS Update, Battery Report Generation, and Export buttons.
- Icons have been added to all buttons across Glow's tools.
- The Tab key functionality in Glow's interface has been improved, enabling more precise and stable navigation between elements.
- Glow's logo has been updated with a new design, offering a more elegant and modern appearance.
- Glow's primary colors have been redesigned within the Adobe RGB Color Space, giving the interface a more contemporary look.
- The About section has been reprogrammed. All social media buttons now feature icons, and the close button is DPI-aware and more prominent.
Fixed Bugs
- Fixed an issue causing control buttons to overlap and shift position at high DPI settings.
- Resolved a DPI-related issue where checkmarks in the top menu distorted visually at high DPI values.
- Fixed a parallel processing error that caused the program to crash after clicking and closing information text in any monitor test tool.
- Corrected a bug in the Dynamic Color Range Tool that caused white space to appear on the right and bottom when resizing.
- Fixed calculation errors affecting the color scale and ratios in the Dynamic Color Range Tool.
- Resolved a layering issue that sometimes caused message boxes to appear behind the program window.
Changes
- The backend code structure of Glow has been improved to a modular architecture, ensuring full compatibility and easier integration with other Türkay Software products.
- Tools have been moved back to the top menu.
- Some interface icons have been replaced to provide better visual clarity.
- A YouTube link has been added to the About section.

What's new
- A new section called Installed Applications has been added to Glow. This section allows you to list in detail even those applications that are not displayed in the Control Panel or the Installed Applications area of Windows. By double-clicking on any line in the Installed Applications section, you can easily open the file location of that application.
- You can now update Glow automatically via the TS Wizard. You no longer need to download it from GitHub with each new release.
- TS Wizard shortcut has been added to the top menu. TS Wizard is a software that allows you to manage all Türkay Software software. If TS Wizard is installed on your system, this button will launch the application. If not, it will redirect you to our website for downloading.
- A Buy Me a Coffee shortcut has been added to the top menu. This will allow our users who are satisfied with our software to support us financially.
- The Tools section in the top menu has been moved to the right-click menu. You can now access Tools by right-clicking on any area in Glow.
- The tick color of the marked items in the top menu now changes according to the theme used. This gives a more modern look.
- The shortcut key layout in the top menu is compatible with all Türkay Software software. You can view the key layouts here.
- For the processor section, support for the latest Intel and AMD processors has been provided.
- For the memory section, support for the latest high-speed memory is provided.
- The monitor selection feature in the Graphics Card section now supports systems with 3 monitors and above. All connected displays can be detected, including Thunderbolt and wireless connections.
- Provided support for NVIDIA RTX 50 Desktop and Laptop series for the Graphics Card division.
- Support for Elgato and other Capture Cards has been added to the Graphics Card section.
- Provided PCI Express 7.0 support for the Graphics Card section.
- A dynamic disk space usage bar has been added to the Disk section. The value of the bar is updated as a percentage when the disk is changed.
- Disk Test Tool's Benchmark algorithm has been reprogrammed. It now gives more accurate results.

- Several interface and DPI bugs have been fixed.
- Some translation bugs have been fixed.
Changes
- The "Check for Updates" button has been improved. Now if an update is available and TS Wizard is installed on the system, the application will automatically redirect to TS Wizard. If TS Wizard is not installed, it will redirect to our website for downloading.

What's new
- With the release of Glow v24.20, full compatibility with businesses and corporate systems is now ensured. This makes Glow not only suitable for individual use but also an ideal solution for corporate needs!
- Glow now supports Windows Server operating systems! Full compatibility is available with Windows Server 2016 and later. Recommended version: Windows Server 2019 and above.
- ARM64 support has been reintroduced by restructuring the emulation layer.
- The algorithm logic for reading and processing Glow's system information has been reprogrammed. Cross-code processing structures are now set to be 'secure.'
- The background processes within Glow have been updated to the modern architecture with await/async structures.
- The initial CPU usage of Glow has been optimized for Windows 10 v2004 and above. It now uses less CPU and runs more stably.
- Glow has been optimized for more balanced RAM usage after being open for a certain period. RAM usage now continues more stably.
- Glow now shuts down by stopping all background and cross-code operations it was running just before closing. This ensures a 'secure' termination structure.
- Glow's notification system has been reprogrammed. All notifications now have a modular structure.
- A Virtual Memory File feature has been added to the Operating System section. This feature shows the location and size of the pagefile.sys file within Windows.
- A Temporary Virtual Memory File feature has been added to the Operating System section. This feature shows the location and size of the swapfile.sys file within Windows.
- A Hibernation File feature has been added to the Operating System section. This feature shows the location and size of the hiberfil.sys file within Windows.
- The Boot Partition and System Partition features in the Operating System section have been enhanced. They are now displayed in greater detail.
- The RAM Slot Type feature in the RAM section has been improved. It now supports many more memory types beyond DIMM and SO-DIMM.
- The RAM Manufacturer feature in the RAM section has been enhanced. It can now recognize many more manufacturers.
- The RAM Voltage feature in the RAM section has been improved. It can now detect memory with different voltage types more accurately, including XMP and EXPO!
- The Network section's Local Connection Speed feature now supports network cards with speeds of 10 Gbps and above.
- The Network section now detects external network adapters more efficiently.
- The Export Information feature's activation system has been reprogrammed. It now works in a responsive manner and is triggered as soon as all sections are loaded.
- The Disk Test Tool has been improved. It now cleans the temporary file much faster after the test is complete.
- The Processor Test Tool's power has been increased. The 'Stress' and 'Deadly' test modes now allow for better testing of the processor.
- The power of the Memory Test Tool has been increased. It now runs faster and produces more stable results.
- The Cache Cleanup Tool has been improved. The file cleanup process now runs much faster.
- TS Preloader now displays the loading progress along with the percentage, instead of simply showing 'Loading'.
- Update checking system has been improved. Now, it provides more accurate results when there is no internet connection, when an error occurs, or when a new version is available.
- The .NET Framework November 2024 security update has been re-integrated.

- A critical error causing Glow to crash immediately after opening has been fixed.
- An error causing Glow to use high CPU usage during startup has been fixed.
- An error causing Glow's RAM usage to gradually increase after opening has been fixed.
- The issue that caused the persistent disruption of cross internal threads during Glow's operation has been resolved.
- An error causing Glow to crash when the Spanish.ini file is deleted while in Spanish language mode has been fixed. It now works by opening in English even if the language file is deleted.
- A critical crash error on Glow's ARM64 architecture due to an issue in the emulation layer has been fixed.
- An error causing the TS Preloader's loading bar to flicker has been fixed.
- Startup errors caused by Glow's TS Preloader loading too quickly have been fixed. It now starts correctly.
- A layering issue causing Glow's notifications to appear behind the main window has been fixed.
- Errors in shutdown events that caused Glow to report an error to the operating system while closing have been fixed.
- Errors in code targeting the Windows installation disk as always being 'C:' have been fixed. It now works seamlessly even if Windows is installed on a disk other than 'C:'.
- An error causing the Windows Activation Channel feature in the Operating System section to crash the program on unlicensed Windows devices has been fixed.
- An occasional information reading error in the BIOS Mode feature under the Motherboard section has been fixed.
- An error causing the program to freeze due to issues with PowerShell script commands has been fixed.
- Errors during the processing of some features in the Network section have been fixed.
- An error causing the text on the Battery tab in the left menu to remain fixed even after changing the language has been fixed.

- When the number of saved Wi-Fi networks is high, the issue that caused the Wi-Fi Password Showing Tool to open slowly has been fixed.
Changes
- The TS Preloader loading speed has been optimized. The speed reduced in v24.19 has been increased by 50%.
- The Export Information feature has been optimized by replacing the continuously running unnecessary loop system with a modern architecture.
- Some terms within Glow have been revised for better understanding.
- Most unnecessary variables within Glow have been cleaned up, optimizing the code.
